Returns for refund will be accepted within 10 days from the purchase date. After the 10 days, we will give you a store credit for the total amount of the return. The item should be unused, still with the tags, in the original packaging and should be returned with a valid proof of purchase.
Any item bought on sale will be refunded with a store credit.

The item should be unused, still with the tags, in the original packaging and should be returned with a valid proof of purchase.
* The customer is responsible for any fees involved to return an item.
Returns for exchange are subject to the same policy as the returns except for the items purchased online that can only be exchanged in-store.
EXCEPTION: Because we value the safety of all our customers, please note that we will not accept any returns or exchanges on climbing safety equipment.
After the 30 day period, only the manufacturer’s warranty will be applicable. If your gear fails due to manufacturing defect, you are welcome to contact us in order to get more information about the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental damages or normal wear.
Before returning any items, you will need to contact us either by email: email@example.com or by phone: 1-403-609-8226 and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that you will have to write on the outside of your package.
Once you have your RA#, you can send the package by mail, freight paid, to the following address:
