Reducing our carbon footprint

Please note that because we try to reuse and recycle as much as we can, we, at Vertical Addiction re-use boxes and padded envelopes whenever we can for shipping your orders. So don't be surprise if you recieve a pair of pants in a climbing shoe box!

 

RETURN POLICY

All full-priced merchandise offered is returnable within ten (10) business days for any reason, for full refund on the product or less $15 or 3% for handling fee, depending of the purchase value. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that once processed, the refund may take between 5 to 10 days to show on your statement.


All items must be in new condition with tags on, unmaruked, and in original undamaged packaging. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package.

All merchandise marked down, or indicated as "clearance" or "sale" is considered final sale, and is not returnable nor exchangeable.

 

* The customer is responsible for any fees involved to return an item.

 

EXCEPTION: We will not accept any returns or exchanges on climbing safety equipment.

 

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

After the 30 day period, only the manufacturer’s warranty will be applicable. If your gear fails due to manufacturing defect, you are welcome to contact us in order to get more information about the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental damages or normal wear.

 

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

To return an item you purchased online, you will need to contact us either by email or by phone and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that you will have to write on the outside of your package.

Once you have your RA#, you can send the package by mail, freight paid, to the following address:

Note: We strongly recommend that you insure your package and that you ask for a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned parcels.
